I have over 12 years of experience helping people through a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, parenting, OCD and intrusive thoughts. I am also trained in Biblical counseling, if a client desires that approach. In sessions, I work to create a comfortable, collaborative space to help a person work through their struggles and wounds and empower them to grow.
