Aiesha Draughton

LCSWA, MSW, CPD

I believe every person deserves a space where they can feel safe and brave enough to be fully themselves. Using a trauma-informed and ACT-informed approach, my goal is to create a collaborative therapeutic relationship that honors your strengths while helping you navigate life’s challenges with confidence and self-compassion.

My background combines clinical social work with years of experience as a postpartum doula, giving me a unique understanding of the emotional and identity changes that can accompany pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood. I work with parents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and major life transitions. My hope is that our work together helps you feel more confident in yourself and better equipped to navigate whatever comes next.

Mary Jo Ayllon

I have over 12 years of experience helping people through a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, parenting, OCD, and intrusive thoughts. I am also trained in Biblical counseling, if a client desires that approach. In sessions, I work to create a comfortable, collaborative space to help a person work through their struggles and wounds and empower them to grow.
